VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!
Hi, everyone.
Thanks so much to everyone who has responded with regard to the reunion thus far. However, many of you still have not done so, and we need your numbers.
Also, many of you have expressed that you intend to come, but have not sent your money.
Due to the cost and the fact that food has to be ordered ahead of time, please understand that until we get your cheque, we can not put you down on the list as confirmed attending. At this time, only 16 people have actually sent money and confirmed their attendance absolutely.
Unfortunately, we have one week to make a decision on this reunion. Shonn needs numbers for his restaurant, and the Knight of Columbus need numbers for the BBQ. This is not food that can be purchased the night before the event. We have been given one week to give numbers. If there is not sufficient interest in the BBQ and/or the adults-only evening at Characters, these events will be canceled.
We do not want to do this, as there has been a lot of interest expressed to me through facebook and emails, but this is a lot of work for Shonn and Chantell, and a lot of work for those of us organizing the entire event. We have to have more of an interest to make this worthwhile.
If you plan to attend, I can not express to you how imperative it is that you send your confirmation AND cheque to me TODAY. On Tuesday, June 16, a decision will be made - based solely on numbers - as to whether or not we can proceed with this reunion. Please pass this message along to everyone you know.
